Cancellation Policy

It is requested that you provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation or change of time for your appointment.  

If you give less than 24 hours notice of change, you will be charged 100% of the session price.

We are happy for you to send someone else in your place, but they will be subject to the same pricing conditions.

Disclosure

The client acknowledges and understands that full disclosure of their medical history, information and health is essential to the safe administration of massage therapy. The client covenants and agrees that all medical information provided to O2 Exercise is both accurate and correct at the time of signing the form and acknowledges and agrees that it shall be the client’s full responsibility to disclose any change to that information.

O2 Exercise cannot be held responsible for any injury that may occur arising from failure by the client to disclose changes to their medical or physical condition.
